Our repair policy requires that any equipment being repaired or replaced under warranty, or repaired outside of the warranty period, must be shipped freight-prepaid and insured by the end-user (customer's) to a repair location.
Products may be shipped to our office in Carlstadt, New Jersey, USA, though in some instances for products in use outside of the the United States, equipment for repair may be made shipped directly to repair facilities in the UK or Italy.
Return shipping and insurance costs as well as any taxes, duties, or fees are the responsibility of the end-user (customer). We can use the end-user's (customer's) shipping account if the information is provided.
If upon inspection of equipment at our facility it is decided that the equipment needs to be returned to the original manufacturer in either the UK or Italy, we can use the end-user's (customer's) shipping account or prepay and bill the freight and insurance costs by mutual agreement with the end-user (customer).
Taxes, duties, and fees remain the responsibility of the end-user (customer).
